2019 Soccer Academy European Fan Tour

 

After touring Italy, Spain & Germany over the last two years, the fan tour will return to the United Kingdom and the home of the English Premier League.

Dates: February 23^rd  - March 2^nd

Itinerary Outline:

Saturday Feb 23^rd:  Fly into London Heathrow, check into DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London - Westminster, 30 John Islip Street, London, Greater London.

Meet in hotel at 1.00pm

Match:3:00pm Kick Off.  Millwall v Preston North End (Championship) at The Den

Sunday Feb 24^th        

Approx. noon the group will depart the hotel for the short tube ride to the Home of Arsenal FC the Emirates Stadium.

Match:  2:05pm Kick Off     Arsenal v Southampton EPL

Club level seats -includes bar, beer & wine, and match day program. 

Monday Feb 25^th 

Sightseeing day in London 

• Double Decker Bus tour of the Historic City  
• Houses of Parliament, Big Ben
• Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guard
• London Eye
• Madam Tussaud’s wax museum  

Tuesday Feb 26^th

Train to Manchester - Departs 10.00am - Arrives 12.05pm

Check into Manchester City Center Hotel – DoubleTree by Hilton, One Piccadilly Place, 1 Auburn St. Manchester. Sightseeing Day in Manchester. 

7:30pm – Tour Social – Rusholme, The Curry Mile

    

 

Wednesday Feb 27^th 

Sightseeing Day in Manchester or Liverpool  

In Manchester,National Football Museum, Stadium tour of Old Trafford, Manchester United etc. 

In Liverpool, Beatles Museum, Stadium tour of Anfield, Liverpool FC etc.      

Match: Kick Off 8:00pm Manchester City v West Ham at The Etihad Stadium

93:20 Suite - Padded Seats Block 209/210. Lounge access 1.5hrs pre/1hr post with match program.

 

Thursday Feb 28^th       

Morning train to Manchester airport (0h 25min)

Board Aer Lingus flight to Dublin, Ireland (1h 0min) Bus to Dublin City Center (40 mins)

Check into The Academy Plaza Hotel, 10-14 Findlater Place, Upper O’Connell St Dublin

 Evening walk to Temple Bar nightlife district

 

Friday March 1^st  

Morning ‘Hop on hop off bus Tour’ of Dublin

Afternoon Guinness Factory Tour

Match: Kick Off 3:00pm. Shamrock Rovers v Dundalk FC.  Tallaght Stadium, Dublin
